What this site collects
The only information this site actively collects is what you type into the estimate form on the contact page: your name, your email address, a subject and a message. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.
Why it is collected
To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to arrange a walkthrough and prepare an estimate. It is not sold, rented or shared with advertisers.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored in the WordPress installation behind this website and emailed to the address registered as the site administrator. The site is hosted by Hostinger, so the hosting provider necessarily processes the data as part of running the server.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while they are useful for the job they relate to and while there is any reasonable prospect of follow-up work. If you want an enquiry deleted, ask through the contact form and it will be removed.
Cookies and analytics
WordPress and the plugins running this site may set functional cookies, for example to keep a session or remember a form state. No advertising or cross-site tracking has been configured on this site.
