What this site is
An informational website for a patio cover and outdoor living contractor working in San Angelo and the Concho Valley. Using it does not create a contract and does not commit either of us to anything.
Cost figures are estimates
Every price range and calculator result on this site is a planning estimate, not a quote. Real prices depend on the property, the ground, the existing structure and current material costs. A quote only exists when it has been given in writing for a specific property after a walkthrough.
Code and permit information
This site describes building code and permit requirements as they were understood when the pages were written, and it names the authority that actually decides in each case. Ordinances change. Nothing here is a code determination for your property, and the City or the relevant authority is always the answer that counts.
